Inaugural concert in Hiram’s new cultural center

interiorOn Friday, October 28, 7:30 PM, I’ll be playing the inaugural concert of a very special local venue. The former Hiram Community Church, at 8 Hancock Avenue in Hiram, Maine, has recently been gifted to the Friends of Soldiers Memorial Library, who are transforming it into a cultural center affiliated with the library. The event will be a celebration of the newly repurposed space, as well as a local CD release concert featuring music from Joyful Confluence. Admission by donation, suggested $5-$10, to support FOSML. It would be a pleasure and a privilege to see you there!exteriorThe pews have cushions, but you might want to bring your own for extra comfort. Plenty of quiet parking available off Main St. NOTE: Mapquest (and perhaps your GPS?) mistakenly thinks 8 Hancock Ave. is around the corner on L-shaped Hancock Ave. The old church shares a parking lot with Soldiers Memorial Library, 85 Main St., Hiram.window
